the beach and a great restaurant, the home is located further out from popular locations, the view is absolutely beautiful looking out from the living room to the sea across the pool, we all wish the kitchen & living room were air condition or the villa had screens, pool an open kitchen were great for family time (9 adults and 4 small children), she was very helpful and available throughout our visit, brigitte was a great host and assisted us with all of our needs, brigitte was very helpful to us as far as recommendations and answering questions, brigitte was super helpful with everything i needed to make my vacation go smoothly, brigitte the host was very responsive before our trip on email and during our stay on whatsapp, in general great location very spacious and nice, the location is beautiful and several of us enjoyed walking or running around the loop it's about 3, we booked the house for a relaxed family vacation and cold not have hoped for a better place, if you're not interested in staying close to town this home is a perfect vacation spot, all-in-all a wonderful vacation in a magical place, we were very impressed with the view the infinity pool and the comfortable furniture, would have loved ac in kitchen area a few times when supper hot, house was gorgeous lots of room and amazing views, the house is great and lots of room to hangout and soak in the views, the property was *extremely* spacious and clean, the home felt safe was very clean and had everything to meet our needs, the management company was responsive and helpful upon arrival, owners were great to work with providing an abundance of information prior to arriving, we love the house and its in an ideal location from the beaches we love, the villa is beautiful and in a superb location, our family spent our christmas week at this villa and it was a perfect location, villa barbulete was a perfect place to spend our holiday, let me start by saying that the villa was amazing great location with amazing views, the modern decor was very tasteful and the brand new furnishings and bedding was quite comfortable, villa trupial is extraordinary we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the pool and palapa, we thoroughly enjoyed the house the pool and the magnificent views highly recommend booking, after that we enjoy a swim in the swimming pool very relaxing, lots of space clean well equipped tastefully decorated high quality appliances and bathrooms, the villa was the highlights of the trip it was perfect for our family and very clean, amazing location on a secured luxury park, beach on walking distance including one of the best beach restaurants of the island, this clean place has all to accommodate a great vacation on a great location, a penthouse overlooking a scenic landscape, the pool has a wonderful view of the ocean which was so relaxing and serene, the kitchen and bathrooms are spectacular very clean lines and nicely appointed, the house owner simone was very helpful with sending us the necessary information before our departure, luisa our house manager was very kind and thoughtful in welcoming us, the owners are very considerate friendly and cooperative which simplified the booking process, luisa (the riccavita welcome staff and housemanager) was pleasant responsive and helpful), the beaches stores and restaurants were close to the house which was also nice, very close to grocery store with nice ocean views, all of the staff members were professional and kind, ann is the perfect host in a nearly perfect property, the stay was beautiful the owner was very helpful and on point with everything, wow so first let me start with what an awesome host ann is, anna was really nice and so helpful with everything i need to do for my wifes birthday, property is not within walking distance of any attractions strongly recommend a vehicle, modern and stylish villa with two sun terraces, the pool outdoor deck and bbq were very nice, we caught some beautiful sunsets while sitting by the pool, we particularly enjoyed the private swimming pool and outdoor living areas, it's spacious clean and quite new and modern in design, the villa was was clean tidy and ready when we arrived late, patrick the property manager was great and very responsive to any questions or recommendations, secondly the service we received from the owner and caretaker was fantastic, the owner and property managers are very accessible and prompt to help or answer questions, the owner patrick was very helpful in providing information and answering questions, both the owner and the property manager (patrick x2) were extremely communicative generous and welcoming, located in the nicest safest area on the island it was a short walk to the beach, the location is also a short drive to willemstad (center city) and other popular beaches and tourist areas, if visited island again would definitely look to use this location again, we had an incredible week location in jan thiel was perfect for exploring all of curacao, we were just a short walk away from a very nice private beach and grocery store, the modern decor was very tasteful and the furnishings and bedding was quite comfortable, great backyard too including a swimming pool and lounge area, we were a party of four people with lots of room to spare, we grilled a few nights for dinner and the private pool was beautiful, everything was very well maintained and clean, the owner guy and his wife were very helpful from day one, the owner was absolutely great and extremely knowledgeable about all things curacao, we also met the owner guy and he was very nice, also the owner's son was very friendly and welcoming, the location of this property is perfect walking distance to the beach groceries restaurants and more, would recommend this house and location to anyone traveling curacao, the location was perfect and we were able to walk to the grocery store beaches and restaurants, also wifi worked well in gazebo -the house is dim i like bright lights especially at night, we are a family that enjoys reading before bed and the light was too dim, the outdoor gazebo pool and patio area are lovely and private, linda lou was super responsive and provided tons of information, the owner linda lou was a pleasure to work with - her recommendations made our stay a delight, we knew from the beginning from dealing with the owner we had made a great choice, this property was also conveniently located within walking distance to two yummy restaurants, this villa is located in a quiet
